As we all know that social media is never static; it grows, changes and expands day after day.

As per the latest industry statistics, Facebook now has 1.28 Billion monthly active users and still counting. As far as other social media platforms are concerned, Google+ comes on the second number when it comes to analyzing monthly active users. Predictions have been made that Google+ is not going away. It is here to stay. As of today, we are standing at 540 million active Google+ users on a monthly calculation.

Following Google+ in the charts is Twitter with around 200+ million monthly active tweeples. Be it brands, politicians or organizations, all are shifting on this platform to become socially visible.
Instagram, being on number 4 is the most socially growing platform amongst big brands and youth. The counting of total users is still in process.

A recent survey concludes that 23% of teens consider Instagram as their favorite social network.
